Why documents should not go in the public group

The public group is for news, experience and questions that can be asked openly. Everything written there is visible to the other participants.

A passport, a residence permit, a payslip, medical information, credit data and letters with your address do not belong there. For those there is the private bot and the form on the site.

That is simpler for you and for the person who replies: the request arrives with a topic, and does not get lost among other messages.
