This text explains which data is needed in order to reply. It is a working draft. Before a public launch it should be checked by a lawyer: the site receives personal data of people in Germany.

The person responsible for the content of requests is Ruslana, office: Saarstraße 21, 54290 Trier-Süd. A contact for data questions will be added here once an email is provided.

The site form stores the name, how to reach you, the chosen topic, the text and the consent mark. Through the Telegram bot the consultant receives what the person sent: text, photo, PDF, voice message, name and Telegram identifier. Those files are not posted in the public group.

The public Telegram group is for news and general questions. Everything written there is visible to the members. Passports, contracts, letters from authorities and income data should not be sent there.

A request is needed in order to understand the situation and reply. Files from the bot are not downloaded to our server as a separate archive: they stay in Telegram and are forwarded to the consultant. The text of the request is kept while the request is being handled, and deleted when it is no longer needed.

Telegram is a separate service with its own rules and servers. A private chat with the bot is used so that fewer people see the documents.

You have rights of access, correction, deletion and a complaint to a supervisory authority. To use them, write to the contact that will be listed in the Impressum.
