I am not confident with websites and Telegram. Will that be a problem?
No. The site has large buttons and an ordinary form. In the bot you do not fill in a long questionnaire: you choose a topic and write in your own words.
Where should I send a passport, letters and contracts?
Only in a private message: the bot or a direct message. It is better not to post them in the public group. Then the other participants do not see the documents.
Can I write if I do not know which section to choose?
Yes. There is a contact item and the form on the site. Describe what happened and whether there is a deadline.
Do you issue a loan or arrange insurance on the spot?
No. Credit and financing here is a consultation: to look at the situation and the questions. Insurance is help to understand the contract and the task. There is no promise of approval.
