What to prepare for the first consultation

You do not need a perfect folder. For the first conversation three things are enough: what happened, whether the letter has a date, and what you want — a translation, an explanation, accompaniment or a look at a contract.

If the document is already with you, photograph it completely in good light, or send a PDF. Do that in a private message, not in the public group.

Also write whether phone, online or the office in Trier is easier. If there is no deadline, say so. That helps too.
